Posture is quite often overlooked as a cause of many common
golf problems. Most of us completely forget about it, but if your posture drifts out of its proper alignemnt, it can cause all kinds of havoc with your game.
You may have seen some of the symptoms of poor or improper
posture from time to time.

Pulling / Pushing Shots

That's right Posture is the sneaky hidden cause of bad shots, and possibly that terrible 2nd Nine Holes after a great 1st. It could be!!!
We've all gone to the Dr. or mechanic with a problem, sometimes it requires a major operation, sometimes a change in diet, sometimes getting more sleep. The same goes with Golf Problems: sometimes its due to a physical injury, sometimes its the stance or grip or alignment, and many times its just a slight Posture change causing the problem. Isn't it worth a few seconds to check to see if your problems are due to poor / improper posture.
